Cars 2 movie review

Action Lightning McQueen continues finally, after a long wait this movie finally opens in theaters starting today (12/10/2011). Unlike the first film, the action racing Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson) is no longer only in Radiator Springs, but will be around the world.

Cars 2 opened by agent Finn McMissile (voiced by Michael Caine) is investigating reports of agent Leland Turbo (voiced by Jason Isaacs) on the mystery that occurred in an offshore oil drilling and ends with the glorious action of Finn McMissile.

While in Radiator Springs, McQueen and best friend Mater (voiced by Larry the Cable Guy) still enjoy the beauty and tranquility of their territory. Until recently Mater who saw a television show can not accept his friend insulted by a formula one racing car named Francesco Bernoulli (voiced by John Turturro).

Francesco claimed he was the fastest race car ever, the race car style Italian flag was finally challenged McQueen to join the World Grand Prix, sponsored by Sir Miles Axlerod (voiced by Eddie Izzard) who is the inventor of the so-called alternative fuel cars that shaped Range Rover Allinol.

Allinol alternative energy is created and offered by Sir Miles Axlerod to replace petroleum. To prove Allinol is the fuel that is environmentally friendly and safe, the World Grand Prix event requires all participants to use this fuel. But it turns out there is a mystery behind it.

The difference between the two is the first film with a very clear, Cars 2 script written by John Lasseter who also doubles as the director, with Brad Lewis and Dan Fogelman more towards bringing this film like a movie about spy James Bond. The presence of some agents such as agents Finn McMissile and Holley Shiftwell beautiful woman (voiced by Emily Mortimer), and Mater is an agent impromptu story seems to reinforce the direction of Cars 2.

But the interesting thing is, if in the first movie just figure cars are the star, this time almost all modes of transport was no lag present in Cars 2. Ranging from planes, trains, helicopters until the warship. All contribute to a thrilling action elements for 112 minutes.
