Movie Review : The Double, Keep Your Enemies Close

The Double Movie. When start enjoying normal life after retiring from the CIA, Paul Shephedson (Richard Gere) was summoned again by the international intelligence agency leaders Tom Highland (Martin Sheen), to investigate the death of U.S. Senator Dennis Darden (Ed Kelly) who was allegedly killed by a spy Cassius USSR initials.

Despite starring some famous stars such as Richard Gere, Topher Grace and Martin Sheen, the story of this film was made evident with a very slick, so as to support the quality of the big screen by director and screenwriter Michael Brandt. In other words, the story of The Double is very entertaining and menyengangkan to be listened to, because it is constantly provoke the curiosity of the audience throughout the story of the film.
What is interesting is the age of Richard Gere who was then already stepping 62 years, he was still able to perform heavy scenes like the chase, fights, and murder that will require top physical condition. He was also able to keep the opponent that Topher Grace is in fact much younger than 30 years.
Overall, the film shows how the quality of the acting Double Richard Gere and Topher Grace combined with a very slick. In addition, the players involved in this film is considered very suitable to play the character of each location used though not too much. For business quality of the story, the film is certainly not in doubt. With the background of a double agent, the film is believed to be able to anesthetize the audience to continue to follow the story line for the sake of curiosity eliminate Cassius killer figure.
