Gone movies, Mystery Hole confinement in the Central Forest

JILL Conway had moved 6 months in Portland with her sister, Molly. Jill daily work in a restaurant until late at night.
A year ago, Jill was abducted a serial killer who left her mouth muffled by the duct tape in a big hole in the woods. Confinement in the hole, he found human bones. McCoy suddenly appeared from a small niche on the edge of the hole and pushed Jill down the hole. His evil intentions to kill her with a knife who filed from the blade of bone that Jill had used to escape, a year ago.

Did it work Jill escape again like before? What happened to Molly, her brother kidnapped?
The film was directed by Heitor Dhalia Gone, Allison Burnett wrote the screenplay. Gone starring Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Carpenter and Wes Bentley. At a site, these films "Gone" can rating 5.7 of the maximum value of 10 by as much as 14,841 users Metascore and already highlighted 137 critics.
There are only two odd from this thriller. First, not shown somewhat unclear and vague, how do Jill bone stab while running away from the hole then affects the back of the kidnappers. Though the details will at least be able to explain why the movement ultimately nimble antagonist anymore, so he was so easily duped when they face a duel again.
