THREE
people boy and girls, Chris (Jesse McCartney), his girlfriend
Natalie (Olivia Taylor Dudley), and two of their friends, Amanda (Devin
Kelley), an excursion to explore throughout the European continent. They stopped in Kiev, capital of Ukraine, visited brother Chris, Paul (Jonathan Sadowski). The next goal, to Moscow, where Chris intends applying for Natalie.
After
staying in Kiev, Paul suggested they traveled in "extreme tours"
adventure in uninhabited town, Prypiat, which is near the Chernobyl
Nuclear Power Plant. They were joined by two backpackers, Zoe (Bolso Ingrid Berdal) from Norway and Michael (Nathan Phillips) from Australia. The six guided Yuri (Dimitri Diatchenko), a local resident, driving a van. Arriving
at the checkpoint Chernobyl restricted zone, the tourists were denied
entry by the Ukrainian army, but their tour guide through another way to
sneak them into Prypiat.
After traveling on the steep path, they stopped on the banks of the river and found a large fish that have been mutated due to nuclear contamination. Achieving Prypiat, spend a few hours exploring the town died, Yuri took them to the top floor of an apartment building and show them off in the distance the Chernobyl nuclear reactor No. 4 exploded ever.
When preparing to go home, to find cables Yuri in van has been "bitten" something mysterious. Running his van broke down. The next day, Paul, Michael, and Amanda went looking for Yuri. They scour the blood trail, then get Yuri's body mutilated in an underground complex. Back to the van, they plan to walk up to the nearest checkpoint. While arguing about who should remain in the van to accompany Chris who could not walk, Amanda checked his camera. She found the picture he took yesterday showed the appearance of being in an apartment building. Chris and Natalie they decided to wait in the van, while the other went for help.
Yet they are far away, in the parking lot, there was a bus wreck full of bullet holes that appear to have been shot from inside. They also found a replacement cable Yuri van. Immediately Paul, Michael, Zoe and Amanda chased a wild pack of dogs. They ran to escape, but when crossing the lake, Michael fell and was attacked by a vicious fish. Night comes when the four returned to the van. But the van had been destroyed stripped down and reversed. On the ground, there is only a video camera Natalie the fall, they turn on. Preview video showing her and Chris have been taken by the mutant. While searching for the two friends, the four of them being chased by some of the mutants that appeared suddenly caught them.
In the middle of the escape, the traumatized Natalie was found and then saved, but they were surrounded, Natalie once again arrested. The rest of the group was then attacked by a swarm of mutants. They move to go back into the bunker, but this time it was Michael's turn caught. They climbed the stairs and a bunch of horrible mutants could pull Zoe foot down and kill him. Amanda and Paul was forced to leave.
Paul and Amanda continue to bunker down, until it emerges near the Chernobyl power plant. Handheld navigation tools reactor Paul showed very high levels of radiation that causes their skin to blister. Both of the last survivor ran forward and found Natalie's body was a corpse. Finally there is a way out of the reactor, but they are face to face with a team of the Ukrainian army. With blind eye contact with radiation poisoning, Paul tries to get close to the army, but he was shot dead.
Amanda's body in a bag care, carried out, then woke up before I know it on the gurney. He saw several doctors, wearing protective clothing, telling him at the hospital. Talk to each other among themselves, the doctors consider that "the creature" is a patient who qualify must be retaken. Amanda thought out too much, not allowed to leave the place. He was thrown into a dark room, directly attacked by hordes of mutants.
